Immediately felt at ease with her staff. Dr. CALZADA showed empathy and genuine concern over my issues. She was able to quickly review past imaging and reassured me that I was doing well. I came to see her for a 2nd opinion after 2 surgeries that caused migraines for 2 years and no one could help me. I was relieved at how smart and efficient she was with me and plan to follow up in 6 months. Highly recommended this practice.

I had the pleasure of visiting their Carlsbad location twice. All of the office staff are so polite here. I was greeted with a smile and helped right away. Their waiting room is comfortable and they have water out for us thirsty patients. My wait time on both visits was under 3 minutes! My Dr assistants were great and so nice too. I love my new Ent she’s very kind and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. I know she genuinely cares about her patients. I could feel she really wants to help me. I’m really looking forward to continuing my care here. Thank you everyone for making my visit really pleasant

The offices, and staff are very nice. Most notable was the medical staff who are experienced and exceptionally nice. My audiologist was really helpful in giving me instructions. I had not had a hearing test for about 50 years so as you'd expect the technology and testing procedures have changed. He made me very comfortable. Even better was my practitioner Sara P. who was so engaged and excellent at asking me the right questions to understand the nuance of my hearing problem, and to help me get it cleared in only 2 weeks of a simple treatment. The visit and the care was very comforting and was equally and importantly very effective.

Everyone knows how stressful doctor visits can be. This office is fabulous! They all make you feel very welcome and they go above and beyond to help. Hannah and Stacy were the two that personally helped my wife and I cannot thank them enough. Hannah was so helpful with scheduling and making sure we had all the details following the visit. Stacy was so kind and informative with getting my wife prepped for the visit. The doctor was great too. He gave us personal recommendations that he said he tells the same to his friends and family. Really a great experience here considering we were there for health concerns.

Thank you to friendly staff and doctors at this office. I've been well taken care of so far. Sara,the PA took time to take car of my hearing needs and Dr. Banthia discovered I had a deviated Septum! Which previous doctors missed! No wonder I can't breathe! I am scheduled for surgery and looking forward to addressing this issue.
